Tanking

Tanking is essential to protect and prevent water ingress for below ground structures. Adseal Waterproofing is a licensed applicator. We supply and install membrane and products that waterproof construction features such as basements, foundations and under slab of buildings.

Tanking/Below Ground Systems:

• Torch applied and cold applied membranes External only before backfilling
• Hydrostatic products for internal walls, basements etc. where moisture or leaking occurs on the inside of the walls that are below ground level.

Coatings

Coating is ideal for flat roofs, decks, balconies, concrete, internal gutters and foundations. We could assist you with roof repair and protection and apply a liquid smooth coating which is a highly flexible and has elastomeric membrane that is designed to reflect heat and UV rays, reducing thermal heat transmission. Warranties range from 10 to 20 years

• Roof refurbishments after we repair damages, rust etc.
• Recoating of roofs to give it a new look and extended warranties
• We repair and waterproof all roofs and gutters before applying the final coats.
• Coatings come in coloursteel range of colours.

Waterproofing

We can install a membrane system for new construction getting it right from the start of your project or refurbish an existing leaking rooftop and extend its longevity. We can also convert your existing roof into a rooftop garden using a revolutionary layered membrane system without having to rebuild your existing roof.

• Old butynol or bitumen roofing can be overlayed either with a new membrane or coating depending on your requirement with new 20-year warranties without changing the structure or substrate.
• Repair and waterproofing over any existing roof structures or membranes.
• Liquid applied membranes that are trafficable.
• PVC membrane trafficable
• TPO membranes non trafficable but can install floating decks over the top.

Roofing

Our single layer TPO membrane, with heat welded seams, produces a smooth clean finish.TPO is an innovative membrane that is highly flexible, puncture resistant and is 1.5mm thick. It comes with a range of approved accessories to complement the TPO and produce a fully warranted system.

Riaan, with over 15 years in New Zealand’s waterproofing industry, founded Adseal Waterproofing Ltd in 2021.

Our family-owned business specializes in both commercial and residential projects, focusing on flat roofs, decks, and below-ground waterproofing. Our highly trained technicians ensure professional workmanship with a personal touch.
